WCAU reporter Sheela Allen Stephens, 54, is recuperating in an undisclosed hosptial after undergoing quadruple bypass surgery on April 1.  Allen-Stephens, who joined WCAU in 1977, has a history of heart problems and suffers from diabetes.  A native of the South Bronx in New York City, Allen-Stephens is married to WCAU photographer Lonnie Stephens.
